The WTO Agreements : The Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization and its Annexes

This publication contains the text of the WTO''s founding agreement, the 1994 Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, and its annexes. In addition to the original text, it contains all amendments and additions to the Agreement since its entry into force. These include the revised Government Procurement Agreement, an amendment to the WTO''s intellectual property agreement aimed at improving developing countries'' access to medicines, and the WTO''s landmark Trade Facilitation Agreement, which entered into force in February 2017.
