Best known for his campus novels Changing Places and Small World, Lodge is also noted as a literary critic and theorist in academic circles. But until now, his enormous output of journalistic writing - essays, book reviews, travel accounts, letters - has gone virtually unnoticed. The present bibliography tries to redress this imbalance. In the second part, journalistic and academic material on Lodge is collected extensively for the first time. A number of indexes make the material of the previous two parts accessible to the user.
